Please describe your favorite dining experience? 

When I was a child, my grandfather would take me and my sister on daytrips to Mexico for tacos and salsa in a basement restaurant. The hot pickled carrots were always my favorite! These trips are some of my favorite memories.

What inspires your taste in design?

My design taste and overall aesthetic draws inspiration from a small lakefront cabin in Alabama where I spent a lot of my childhood: rustic with subtle sophistication complimented by thoughtful and cultivated pieces.

Is a hot dog a sandwich?

If a hot dog wants to identify as a sandwich, let it identify as a sandwich; however, I do not perceive hot dogs to be a part of the sandwich community: they are their own separate delicacy deserving of a stand-alone category.

When you were a kid, what name did you give your favorite toy or stuffed animal?

My favorite toy was a babydoll whose eyes were permanently closed, so I came up with the very creative name of Sleeping Baby.

If your design aesthetic had a superhero name, what would it be?
